For this charitable event held at a local brewery, I played a key role in organizing my office’s participation and ensuring a smooth experience for both our team and attendees. My responsibilities included coordinating logistics such as transportation, organizing our staff’s attendance schedule, and overseeing donation efforts to maximize our impact. Beyond logistics, I worked closely with event organizers to ensure our presence was well-represented, helping to strengthen community ties and enhance our practice’s reputation. My proactive approach helped create a well-organized and engaging experience for everyone involved.
Philly Oral Cancer Walk
For this important community event in partnership with Penn University Health, I served as a primary point of coordination for our practice’s involvement. I managed key logistical tasks such as transportation and staff participation while also collaborating with event organizers to ensure our practice’s mission aligned with the event’s goals. Additionally, I worked on raising awareness through promotional efforts, encouraging patients and followers to join or support the cause.
