Gathering and showcasing reviews was a major part of my role to enhance our brand image and boost our online reputation. Before I joined, the practice had accumulated about 600 reviews over 20 years. In less than a year, I helped secure around 300 new reviews—a 50% increase in total reviews—which significantly improved our Google score and strengthened our competitive position. These efforts helped attract new patients by emphasizing real positive experiences.
